Stickybobs | Frequently Asked Questions

1. How can I purchase my Stickybobs products?

We have an on-line shopping basket system. simply click on the "buy it now" button and your product will be added to the basket. If you change your mind about any product simply remove it from your basket before you reach checkout stage.

Or simply ring us on: 0161 7963652 we'll happily take your order and talk you through the payment options.

2. Why do I have to use Paypal?

Paypal is a proven safe, reliable method of receiving payment for goods. The alternative is a merchant account and secure payment platform. These are expensive features which right now we'd have to charge to you through increasing the price of our products. We believe that you shouldn't have to pay to purchase on-line so we use Paypal.

If you do not wish to use Paypal then simply print off your order and post it to us with a cheque or postal order for the full amount.

3. What if I don't have a Paypal account?

You can pay us by cheque or postal order. simply print off your order and send it to us with payment for the full amount made payable to "The Messy Play Company".

You no longer need to have a Paypal account to send money, making purchasing your Stickybobs product even easier. Simply follow the simple instructions when you are transfered to the Paypal website.

If you choose you can sign up for a Paypal account, it's quick and simple to do and will make future shopping even easier.

4. When will my goods arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. You will receive an email to confirm despatch. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.

If your goods are out of stock we will contact you immediately to discuss an alternative.

5. What if I don't like my goods?

Just like any high street store, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us then you can return it and we will give you a full refund. You must ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case they will be sent out free of charge (including postage and packaging) within 7 days. Please return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. This will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. When returning goods it is advisable to obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office.

Should your items arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible to discuss whether we should issue replacements or a refund.

6. What if my goods are faulty?

If your good arrived damaged in any way or if the order is incorrect contact us immediately to discuss the next move. We will happily exchange faulty or damaged goods or arrange a refund once the goods are returned to us as proof of their condition.

7. What if I change my mind?

You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do this.

8. What if I have a complaint?

Our Complaint procedure is fair and confidential and we will aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. Once we have contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint and aim to have your complaint resolved within 5 working days. 9. How will you use my personal details?

It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

The Messy Play Company is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect from you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and we comply with the rules and regulations of the Act.
