1. Delivery Options
Goods are dispatched upon receipt of payment - we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during the working week. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Standard UK Postage is charged at £3.95 per order to any UK delivery address and delivered by Royal Mail Second Class or Parcel Post.
UK Express Delivery is £8.
International Delivery is £15.
2. Our Quality Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction for Quality, Service and Value. Should you have a complaint please use any of the 'contact us' options within 3 days of receipt of your order.
If you suspect that the goods have been damaged in transit you must retain the packaging and goods for inspection by us.
3. Delivery of Goods
The Messy Play Company Ltd will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Availability permitting, all orders will be despatched by Royal Mail within 48 hours of receipt of payment. The Messy Play Company Ltd is entitled to deliver in part. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract.
4. Customer Complaint Procedure
If the goods delivered are not what the customer ordered, or are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective, The Messy Play Company Ltd, if the customer returns them within a 14 day period, at the customer's option either give a full refund or where possible make good any shortage or non-delivery or replace any damaged or defective goods.
5. Return of goods - 100% money back guarantee.
All goods purchased from The Messy Play Company Ltd may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.
Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us via e-mail at info@stickybobs.com. You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available. May we please ask you to additionally note:
1. You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package. All items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse.
2. That you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service.
3. We regret that outbound shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded. For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping, depending on which shipping method you require.
4. We try to make refunds within one week of receipt back to us though promise to make all refunds within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to us. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.
5. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'In Dispute'. Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
7. We are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to The Messy Play Company Ltd. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.
6. General Information
By accessing this website you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed without limitation or qualification to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms & Conditions will govern all order contracts between you and The Messy Play Company Ltd generated through the use of this website. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Messy Play Company Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions as and when required to do so.
This price list supersedes all previous lists; we will try to maintain prices until the publication of our next price list, but reserve the right to increase prices prior to notice. When producing a price list of this complexity a small amount of errors can occur, if this affects your order you will be notified as soon as possible before the order is processed. If there is an amount owed to us and it is less than £1.50, you may add it to your next order, any greater amount we reserve the right to alter the amount charged to your account (WITHOUT ASKING PRIOR PERMISSION) to compensate for the above.
All specified sizes, weights and thicknesses are approximate. Sizes may vary by as much as 10mm either way on larger products.
We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose, customers are asked to make their own tests before making large orders. We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used, or any products that have been cut. If you are unhappy with the quality of our products or they arrive damaged, please contact The Messy Play Company Ltd as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund. If you have ordered the wrong goods, we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the postage both ways and they are returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase, always obtain and keep proof of posting
